Well it is time to face the fact that I will either not be getting to this for quite some time to come, or never again.

I thank you all who come here looking for full figure fashion, and especially bra, info.

This has been an experience! 

I will likely try to maintain my Plus Size Swimwear 4 You blog, as best I can.

There is no shortage of excellent plus size fashion blogs we all can enjoy today who have been giving it all I cannot.

Why I Love Curvy Kate’s Ellace Balcony Bra

I seldom do personal review posts because I rarely buy things that are not books. That said, when you need large cup size bras, you make room in your budget for them.

I had been wearing Elomi full cup and plunge bras for quite some time, but wanted to try balcony bras. That is why I finally started trying Curvy Kate balcony bras, with great success!

This is my latest and possible favorite…

Curvy Kate’s Ellace Bras

My choice of bras is limited owing to needing cups sizes around JJ. This seems to vary a bit on both brand and cut. In the case of this particular Curvy Kate bra I am so glad that it comes in up to K cup sizes, because the JJ fits in such a way to be not quite perfectly smooth at the seams.
Even so, I find I am wearing this one almost every other day.
I love this bra because of:

• The lift
• Projection
• The Fabric Is So Smooth and Soft! 

This bra offers excellent support yet all of its cups, (and these are 3 part underwire cups), are made of such a soft fabric, I have to wonder why all full figure bras are not.

I also wonder if Curvy Kate will make more in this incredible fabric.

If you are familiar with Curvy Kate Bras:
I found their Bardot Balcony Bras fit me perfect in the JJ cup size. In this style in the JJ is a bit too close, but only if you were looking for a flaw. I doubt anyone is staring at me that closely…
Their Gia balcony bras with K cups was too large…
I hope to try the K cup size in this style, but that will have to wait for my budget to get up to that task…

A Brazilian panty is available in both colors there in sizes S to 2XL. Both colors are on sale now for $24.95 rather than their previous $35.

I am also hoping they make bikini panties for these bras. I have never had a matching bra and panty set, but owing to the incredible soft fabric, would love to with these. I doubt Brazilian panties would work for me though.

Some New Lingerie Styles by Hips and Curves

It has been so long since I got a chance to post here, longer still since I wrote about Hips and Curves Lingerie. Since that last post two out of the 4 of their styles I had shown here are out of stock! This is how I found out if a style you like by them is out of stock, you can easily arrange for them to email you when it comes back in!

Here are some of their new styles out of the many I happen to like. They also have a myriad of costume styles! Not Harley Quinn yet, but Hot Topic has a dress and T shirt in full figure sizes… I hope Hips and Curves comes out with one, because their costumes look to be very high quality!

New Hips and Curves Lingerie Styles

They have quite a bit of new lingerie and accessories. I would be sure to browse their whole site, but here is a quick look at a few.

 I am showing this merlot lace up front chemise first because its already down to just size 1/2X. It provides soft lace underwire cups with back bra closure and adjustable straps.

  

This All Lace Mini Dress can be worn front or back. The other side not shown has a crew neckline. These are available in plum and hibiscus as well as this black shown, in sizes 1X to 6X!

  

Their Pretty in Pink Babydoll provides molded underwire cups with a lace overlay, an ultra-soft sheer mesh skirt and matching G string. These babydolls also have adjustable straps with hook and eye back closure which creates a nicely draping, modest, keyhole!

  

The above babydoll and this Bedtime Flirt Chemise below both come in sizes 1X to 3X.
Also like the above babydoll, this style has lace overlay cups, which they do not mention if it provides soft cup or underwire support.
This chemise style also has adjustable straps, the bra back with keyhole effect and comes with matching G string too. The skirt does appear to be opaque and it has a petite ruffle at its hem. They do tell us this style best fits cup sizes D, DD, DDD and E.

  

Their trendy Mila Strappy Shelf Bras also come in black in sizes 38 to 46C, D, DD, DDD and F. These supportive bras provide some padding, adjustable straps and tiny bow accents where the cup’s straps meet the shoulder straps.

  

Hips and Curves also has open cup styles, lace slips with garters, waist cinchers with, removable, garters, all stretch lace garter belts, costume styles, corsets, skirts and accessories.

Some New & A Highly Rated Elomi Bra Styles

Bare Necessities has new Elomi bras and panties in now. Three look like new colors in previous bra styles and the two that look entirely new I will show here.

First, I could not resist this highly rated, beautiful plunge style that, while not new…

I cannot help it, I am a fan of Elomi plunge bras, am wearing one now, and have loved them for years!

Elomi’s Anushka Plunge Bras

Right off, 2 of its three reviews indicate the cup size is smaller than they, who wear other Elomi bras, had expected. So if you do purchase this beauty, try one before removing tags! That said, I have had plenty of experience returning products to Bare Necessities with never a problem!

Bare Necessities has these bras in the 34 to 46DD to HH size range! It has underwire four part cups, two hook and eye back with close set straps.

Bare Necessities has a beautiful, sheer back, matching panty in this Anushka line, in sizes M to 3X.

I so hope they come out with this style in a 32 band size as they finally did try with their Carmen plunge bra, which is the one I mentioned wearing. If so, I defiantly want this one too!

Elomi’s New Portia and Imogen Bras

Their Portia plunge bra comes in the 34 to 44DD to JJ size range and has underwire 3 part cups.

Bare Necessities has the Portia Brief to go with this style in sizes M to 3X. The Imogen full cup bras give us underwire 4 part cups and come in sizes 34 to 44E to J at Bare Necessities now.

This style has close set straps.

All of these bras mention the scalloped edges of the straps creating a non-slip strap effect. I never thought of it, but looking so does the Carmen bra I am wearing. I just never had an Elomi bra strap go out of adjustment on me. Now I know why!

These two new bras are too new for reviews and they do not seem to have a matching panty for the Imogen bra yet…

Ashley Graham’s Fatal Attraction Sheer Lace Bra is available in the same sizes as the one above and provides unlined molded cup bust support with adjustable stretch straps and side boning.

While this chemise simply comes in sizes L to 3XL, it does provide foam lined cups with removable pads. It also gives us side boning, adjustable straps and bra back style closure which creates a back keyhole.

Some New Lingerie styles by Hips and Curves

I had been posting these directly into this blog’s Facebook page, until lately that seemed to be fine. In recent weeks it has not worked, so…

Here are a few lovely new plus size lingerie styles we can find in New Arrivals at Hips and Curves lately!

They finally have pearl thongs back, (sizes up to 6X!),! I had long ago given this interesting lingerie style its own page, and you can check them out and compare them the few other available ones the Pearl and Lace Thongs page.

Lingerie to make the most out of Dressing and Undressing

Maybe it is just me, but I like many chemise styles because they can double as slips, creating a bit of fun at the ends of any given day.

Hips and Curves’ Sweet Romance Molded Cup Chemise gives us adjustable straps, a bra back and comes in sizes 1X to 3X and they tell us it best fits DD to F cup sizes.

  

 Their bandage bustier is another style which could make the most of changing! This comes in black in sizes 1X to 6X and best fits C to F cups. This sleek black strap and mesh lingerie style gives us hook and eye bra back, detachable garters and can be dressed up or down!

 

Strictly Lounging

I like the back view of this unique zipper, (two way functioning Zipper!), front chiffon baby doll style.

Click on its picture and you can view the sweet drape of the back of the skirted part below its adjustable back strap. This style also comes with a matching, zipper front, thong, and provides stretch lace cups and comes in sizes 1X to 4X in black.

I think of this last one as a classic, which can be nice too.

The New Elomi Carmen Plunge Bra for Less

Almost $10 less, already!

No sooner than I ordered my Elomi Carmen Plunge Bra from Her Room that I found this style starting at $54.36 to $57.46 New with Tags at eBay Stores.

That said, I needed the paler color, and the only ones available in my size were black…
Possibly next time for me!

Finally an Elomi Bra that comes in 32 Band Sizes!

Also in sizes Up to 34 to 40JJ, 42GG, 44G and 46DD

For some time now, (I think about 2 years), I have made comments to Elomi on Facebook and Twitter, (occasionally), along the lines of Oh Please make your bras in 32 band sizes!

I believe I might have mentioned how some full figure women are fuller in the hips, yet slighter, in some ways, above their waists…

I am thrilled to run into this, one so far, Elomi bra that comes in:

• bra sizes 32GG to JJ, as well as
• 34G to JJ
• 36 to 40D to JJ
• 42D to GG
• 44D to G 
• and 46D and DD. 

So far I am finding them at Bigger Bras, Bare Necessities and Her Room. They do not qualify for the former two stores current discounts, and are $64 at all three stores.

Her Room however has this excellent Free $20 Gift Card when you spend $100+ at HerRoom! Exclusions apply. Limited time offer, ends 12/18/15. Shop lingerie!! I have enjoyed this sort of thing from Her Room in the past and highly recommend it! The $20 gift cert you get this year will be good until the end of 1/28/16.

Elomi’s Carmen Plunge, with Stretch Cups, (and convertible to Racer Back) Bras

This is the black in this style, and I am so thrilled about their finally doing a 32 band size bra, I will show a picture of this one below it in its sand color!

These plunge underwire bras feature Elomi’s usual 4 part, (or 3 part with additional side support panel), cups.

However this particular one has stretch crochet look top panel across the tops of its cups. This bra’s one current reviewer says ‘makes them more adjustable for a smoother fit’.

These are available in sizes M to 4X. If you click on the above bra pictured in black and scroll down, you can find these panties at Her Room on the right.

This is a picture of this bra using its J hook to make the racer-back conversion! You can wear it regular style too of course.

Elomi has plenty of great plunge bras and convertible, to racer-back, bras, and full cup bras of course, in large cup and band sizes too!

Until now, I have never seen, (and oh boy did I look!), them in band size 32 until today! I am so glad they made at least one bra style, and that it is a plunge style, in this smaller band size!

I plan to make both of these, (black and sand), OK... at least one, in to my current wee budget!

I had to make the move to Curvy Kate, (32JJ balcony), from the Elomi bras, (full cup and plunge 34HH), I loved, due to diet and exercise for health reasons.

I did try Freya…going through plenty of exchanges and finally returns, at Her Room. I ended up giving up on Freya for me. Pity as I really love their appearance…

I will likely stick with the Curvy Kate balcony styles, as I am so tired of the full cup bras at this point…I believe I wore them for too many years.

That said, I hope Elomi makes more plunge styles in this 32GG to JJ cup size range.

If they do, I will certainly be thrilled to try them!

Her Room was excellent about the whole exchange and return process back when I was giving the Freya styles, and sizes, a go.

Their Gift Certs are nice and so is the VIPoints incentive.

Wear Your Heels with a Smile This Season

Sole Serum is made to target and relieve Foot Pain

I got mine during the summer because I have other feet problems, and still cannot get to a podiatrist yet, and it works for them (my doctor says calluses growing in my feet, gulp)!

Aiming to write share this info with other women who actually have pain from high heels, I wore my 4 inch heels around the house a bit this summer, without using Sole Serum and found they hurt less than my above mentioned feet problem.

As the problem with my feet got worse lately, and it hurts no matter what I am wearing on my feet. So I have tried Sole Serum and It Works!

Also, for me it seems to have a cumulative effect:

I put it on in the early morning, (6 Am), before giving our dog his approx. 1 hour walk
Then again later around midday
The results are no more pain for the rest of the day into night, (which include our dog’s approx. 1 hour PM walk)

While it says it works by blocking the foot’s pain signals, it does not produce a numbing feeling like novacane does. I am still aware of the parts of my feet I use it on, they just do not hurt like _ell!

So I would highly recommend trying this while Sole Serum while the price is nice! I have no idea how long their Now just $16.99! deal will last…Says $16.99 as I post this!
